Dial-Up Support

Net Vampire 3.3 comes with full dial-up support. To enable its dial-up functionality, select Options / Network / Dial-Up in the Main Menu, check the Dial-Up when necessary option and input your dial-up settings.

TIP: You can open this dialog quickly by right-clicking the modem icon in the status bar.

NOTE: The dial-up checkbox is disabled if you don't have Remote Access Service installed on your computer.

Net Vampire dial-up subsystem is designed to co-exist with other DUN-capable applications. It will reuse the existing modem connection or wait politely while another program is dialing.

To hang up the modem connection when all Jobs are finished, check off the Hang Up When Done box in the Dial-Up dialog. Please note that Net Vampire will hang up the connection selected in the Connection combobox, so you must select the proper connection even if the Dial Up When Needed option is disabled.
