DeliPlayer License Agreement

Please read the following terms and conditions before using this software.

provisions, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

This program is freeware. It is licensed for personal use only, permitting
the non-commercial use and non-commercial distribution. If you intend to use
this program for commercial purposes, you must obtain a commercial license.
For example, a commercial purpose includes the use of the program within
a commercial business or facility or the use of the program to provide a
service, or in support of service, for which you charge. Commercial purpose

If this software is an upgrade from an earlier version you may use the software
only in conjunction with that upgraded product. You may use that upgraded product
only in accordance with this license agreement.
