You must choose here the video card corresponding to the hardware you own. If you cannot find the card corresponding to your hardware, choose "Other card" and move onto the following screen where you choose to install an X server "VGA16" which will work in 90% of cases (in low resolution mode). There will be enough time afterwards to reinstall a normal X server (with the utilities "Xconfigurator" or "xf86config) or even one of the X servers also supplied with Linux-Mandrake (in the directory Xservers/ on the CD-ROM).
