Show Grid

Toggles on or off the display of the Grid in the Working-Volume's Top, Front, and Side views.

There are three elements to the grid:
1. The coordinate axis system, drawn in white, passes through the origin of the coordinate system and displays the position of (0,0,0).
2. A solid grid is drawn at each unit coordinate.
3. At 1/10th size (i.e. 0.1 intervals) a dashed grid is drawn in a "darker (less visible) color".

As Zoom Out is applied, the "Dotted grid disappears and a new "Darker" grid is drawn at 10-unit intervals. As zoom out continues the 1 unit interval grid disappears and a "darker" grid is drawn at 100 unit intervals. This process continues until maximum zoom is reached.

The Grid size can be specified in the Grid Settings dialog.
