Texture Lock Palette

The Lock Palette sets the position of each texture axis handle at the location of the 3D Cursor.

	Snaps Top Left anchor handle to the position of the 3D Cursor.
	Snaps Top Right anchor handle to the position of the 3D Cursor.
	Snaps Bottom Left anchor handle to the position of the 3D Cursor.
	Not functional for the Texture Axes handles
	Exits the Move Map Axes mode
