If you are not a registered member of Silicon Graphics' Developer Program (the "Developer Program"), you do not have permission to have access to or use the software, sounds, video clips, images, documentation or other material ("Content") included in and with the Developer Toolbox. Terms of Use:

You are authorized to view, print, download, reproduce, use, modify and distribute Content, and you may provide access to Content on a network of computers and permit concurrent use thereof (all of these activities are referred to collectively below as "Use"), provided that you agree to the following terms and conditions of Use and Disclaimer:

1. You will include any proprietary rights, copyright or other reservation of rights notices originally included in and with Content in any copies thereof that you make;

   • special permission
     If the Content you wish to distribute did not include file-by-file permission notices, you may request special permission from Silicon Graphics by sending email to devprogram@sgi.com, including your name, address and a description of the purpose and scope of your intended distribution and the Content that you would like to distribute.

4. You will not export or re-export Content except in full compliance with all United States laws and regulations, executive orders and the like; and

5. You agree and acknowledge that no title to Content, or the intellectual property in any Content, is transferred to you hereunder or otherwise, and that neither Silicon Graphics nor any third party has conferred upon you by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right with respect to Content under any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property right (except as expressly provided in this Terms of Use section).
