Step 1: Invoking Inst
For miniroot installations, Inst is automatically started when the miniroot is loaded (see "Starting a Miniroot Installation"). For live installations, Inst is started from the command line of an IRIX shell (see "Starting a Live Installation"). After Inst is started, it displays the default distribution source and the Main menu, as shown in Figure 4-2.
