Description

This parameter, when set to 0, prevents users from accessing uncached system memory on IP26 (Power Indigo2) systems. When set to 1, this feature is allowed

Value

Default: 0 (0x0)

Range: 0 or 1

When to Change

If this parameter is set to 0, attempts to access uncached memory will cause a system panic. If the feature is allowed, there is a substantial memory performance degradation.
