The file in this archive corrects a problem in the installation routine 
of Xbase++ 1.82. The problem only occurs on computers which have service
pack 2 for Windows XP installed (XPSP2).

In order to correct the problem, replace the file _SETUP.LIB from the
Xbase++ 1.82 setup routine with the file contained in this archive.
To do this, please proceed as follows:

1. Copy all files from the \SETUP folder on your Xbase++ 1.82 CD to a
   folder on your harddrive. 
2. Unpack this archive and copy the file _SETUP.LIB to the folder
   created on your harddrive.
3. To install Xbase++ 1.82, run SETUP.EXE from the folder created on 
   your harddrive.
