Sample for a class "DataEntryScrollPage" that implements a scrollable
area for placing dialog elements into.

The sample provided shows how to create a data entry dialog in which
browser-style navigation is supported via "Bottom" and "Top" buttons, 
PGUP, PGDOWN and the cursor keys.
