An 8/16Bit bitwise manipulation Class using Xbase++ alone.

This ZipFile contains five files.

1. ClassWd16.prg   The Wd16 Class v.1.4   67,726 Bytes
2. Wd16Demo.prg    A ready to compile demo of some of the features.
3. Wd16.txt        A description of the Class and some notes on usage.
4. Compile.bat     A batch file to compile and link Wd16Demo.prg
5. !ReadMe.txt     This readme file.

The return value of the Methods are integer or logic as appropriate.
The Demo displays the results as a Binary Base-2 string rather than
a decimal value so that you can observe the results.

The Class has been extensively tested but like all software it may
still have a bug or two, please advise me of any problems, or indeed
suggestions, and I will do my best to accommodate.
