Compiling dmode

dmode compiles with the standard OSK C compiler

cc -i dmode.c

should compile and link dmode so it uses the cio module.
Everything else needed to use it can be found in the manpage
or the dmode help display. Run dmode with no arguments or
with the -? option to show help information.
