Thank you for your inquiry regarding Gespac's G-Windows windowing software
for real-time systems.  Enclosed is the information you requested with files
to make a demo disks set.

G-Windows gives you the unique ability to run a man-machine interface in
conjunction with a real-time multitasking environment.  These tasks run
extremely fast and execute in a preemptive, deterministic manner.

G-Windows runs on top of OS-9 for the 680x0 (G-64/VME systems) or OS-9000 for
the PC.  Microware's OS-9/9000 is today's top selling real-time operating
system in the world, embedded in high performance equipment ranging from
machine tools to consumer electronics systems.

Now a couple of words about the demo disks.  You will need a 386 or better
machine, 4M of RAM, a Logitech or Microsoft mouse on the COM port, and a VGA
display.  If you don't have a mouse working, you can also run the demo from
the keyboard.  Just remember that the F6 key always permits the user to exit
a window display.  However, the demo is more impressive when run with a mouse.

To install, run the utility "tgw" to transfer the images files onto formatted
1.44M floppy disks as follows:

tgw /f:gdemo13.img /d:a:   (in the case of writing to the drive a:)

Insert the floppy number 1 in your bootable drive and restart your computer.
Your PC will boot on OS-9000 installed on the disk, load all the disk's
content in memory - this will take a moment - and start the interactive demo.

Remark: Your hard disk will not be used in any way.

This installation is a sharp short cut from the normal OS-9000 installation
and has been verified on many PCs.  It may be, however, that the chip set
organization of your machine is not compatible with the default parameters
we have used.  If so, you will not be able to run the demo even though
G-Windows and OS9000 are compatible with your hardware.  Also, the graphics
have been set at 16 colors instead of 256 to be compatible with as many
machines as possible - the actual product will only look better.
