  Title   : ACES OVER EUROPE Patch: Formation Sizes (IBM)

  Contains several patches which eliminate 1 and 2 plane German
  formations, increasing them to 4 planes. Makes surviving campaigns a
  possibility. You can also choose to increase US flights to 6 planes, or stop
  Tempests from being used before they were historically. No changes to
  original AOE files. Please unzip outside your AOE directory and read
