Criteria

Eligibility: Grade 8 students enrolled in UCS Math 8, Algebra I or higher. Students must have a 2.5 GPA as reported by their Middle or Junior High School.

Description: The Utica Center for Science and Industry (UCSI) merges rigorous academic content and relevant, real world application of this knowledge. UCSI makes use of its strong relationships with business, industry and post-secondary partners to provide UCSI students with the skills necessary to be successful in a global workplace. UCSI is a 9th to 12th grade program that integrates English and Math into the following three programs:

How do I submit the application?

  1. Click on the application link above to download application.
  2. Fill out electronic application.
  3. Click on the “Print Form” button, located on the upper left section on the 1st page of the application, to print a hard copy of the completed application and sign.
  4. Additionally, click on the “Submit by Email” button, located on the upper right section on the 1st page of the application, to submit application via email. Send this email to submit as data.
