In some situations, the CMYK color values in an image or document might not be suited for the printer. The following are two
examples of this:
● |
The CMYK values for an image or document were optimized for a certain printer, and now the image or document needs to be printed
on a different printer.
|
|
● |
The CMYK values for an image or document are optimized for a printing press, but a draft needs be printed on a less-expensive
printer.
|
|
For best results, the CMYK color values in the image or document need to be adapted to the printer. Select the appropriate
color input profile from the list:
● |
Default CMYK+: HP CMYK+ technology (Enables a high-quality default CMYK print path. This option can be selected for most digital commercial print
jobs and should produce optimal prints.)
