Help

You are seeing the Print on Both Sides Instructions window because the document you are printing requires that you manually reload the paper in order to print on both sides.

Print on Both Sides (Manually) is being used to print your document for one of the following reasons:

Your printer does not have a duplexer (two-sided printing accessory) installed.
The driver is not configured for a duplexer. Go to the printers folder and right-click your printer's icon and select Properties. Click on the Device Settings tab and select Installed for Duplex Unit.
The printer has a duplexer installed but you selected a paper size or type that cannot go through it.
You selected Correct Order for Rear Output or Correct Order for Straight Paper Path. When the rear output or straight paper path is used the duplexer cannot be used.

Documents with an odd number of pages print one blank page when printing the first side. The last page of the document is printed on the blank page's other side.
