StepsToReproduce
The installation asked me to install to another directory, that the one it was unzipped to, so I redirected to C:. "THAT" installation deposited the HELMET icon on my desktop, and when I thought to check the START, PROGRAMS menu, the icon there was a Talking Agent exe. When I activated it, a window displaying, "C:\TalkingAgentClock.exe (followed by), C:\TalkingAgentClock.exe is not a valid Win 32 application. I then uninstalled the app., and unzipped it to My Documents, and let the installation continue to default, Program Files. The first ERROR window I rec'd reappeared, (Unexpected Error), and I have'nt found anything else, except, the TAC ICON did not appear on my desktop this time, but was in the Start-menu, Program File where it was before I started having this trouble. I like this app. cuz it's got a MUCH greater adaptability to time-announce frequency. If the only problem I'm having is I do'nt know what "I" did to cause this problem, I apologize for taking your time.
In any case please respond.(please e-mail. If you do'nt, leave a message identifying yourself in voice mail)

StepsToReproduce
Just set the alarm. At alarm time, character appears and recites the message. (I have it set to print inside a balloon as it is recited.) Then the character just stays on the desktop, blinking eyes or turning its head or whatever. If I click on it, it repeats the alarm message, but it does not go away, i.e., does not leave the desktop. I have to exit the program to remove it from the desktop.
Note: This is the behavior when the alarm goes off at the designated time. If all you do is test the alarm by right clicking on it, and then clicking "test" in the dialog box, it works fine--character "exits" after delivering alarm message.
To put it still another way, the "test" of the alarm does not accurately reflect what really happens when the alarm is triggered by the passage of time.
