When the cashier asked what kind of trade show I was going to, I told her it was a computer trade show - for Macintoshes. Her reply was, "Oh, Macintoshes. Those are a good buy." Not exactly profound, but I thought it spoke volumes for Apple's reputation these days that the woman both recognized the name Macintosh and thought it was a good buy instead of an over-priced toy. What a pleasant switch! Keep up the advertising, Apple!
