Where do I find the money to the join the School?

You need to go down the hole that's in a fenced-off area of the park.  There
are two ways to get there.

One is just to jump into the park and into the hole.  You can't jump over the
fences from the inside, but you can reach that area while you're standing
outside the park.

The other way is to fly there.
