What can I do with the blank displays on the first tier?

First of all, if the doors are closed, play with some controls nearby.

Turn on the display of Rama that's opposite the blank displays, and press the
button to start Rama's rotation on the display.

Now, you need to drop off some of the items you've been collecting.

Look for something in your inventory that would fit here.

The "pattern artifacts" go on the display.

Hint 6 of 9:

The pattern artifacts are available in London, the warehouse site, the tent
site, and from Sabatini's locker.

They're basically puzzle pieces.

And they come in two different forms.  One makes a teardrop-like shape, and
the other appears to be a bunch of random lines.
