How can I take the pendant in the middle of the myrmicat pools?

With the liquid still in the pools, there's no way you can get the pendant.

The controls to the pools are in the center of the room.  Try pressing the
button.

Well, you managed to drain one of the pools at least, even if it was the
wrong one.

The device in the center of the controls could turn under optimal
circumstances.

Perhaps you could remove the corrosion.

Get the cup from the other room in the myrmicat section, and fill that with
liquid from the pools.

Hint 10 of 11:

Now, pour the cup on the controls.  You can then lower the lever that's
pointing up on the controls.
