Installation instructions:

Place vdstag4.vcf and vdstag.vdf into the addon directory. That's it 
you might want to back up vdstag.vdf because it contains the Dover 
Stag pickup file. The only bug I have detected is that sometimes your 
chopper will appear to be a flying car! This only happens if the other 
player does not have this file installed. Also the armor has been 
greatly boosted, and you can configure your weapons, however crashing 
into anything still results in death. THIS WILL WORK IN MULTI-PLAYER

One last thing ... If someone out there can crack the chopper so that 
it works without having to ditch a vehicle file let me know! Until then
