How do you change the time on the clock?

First of all, the handles are rusted, so they will not turn easily.

You need to become stronger to move them.

Use the Pump-O-Tron (if you haven't already) in Jim's Gym to gain strength.

Turn the handles until the clock reads 6:00.  For the exact description of
which handles to turn and when, go on to the next hint.

First turn the right hand, and one hand on the clock should move more than
one space.

Turn the left, and both should move.

Turn the left.
