Another Hardwar Cheat.

Rename the "Cheat.sav" file to whatever you like and use it for you main
game.  You start off as a trader outside Trade Central in the Downtown
area.  You have all the basics of a trader but have 16,781,865 cash!!

This has not been created using the "God Hangar" cheat, as having too
many people shoot at you got really annoying.  This was done editing the
save file with a hex-editor.
