X-Com Interceptor Money Cheat

This is a little Money cheater for X-Com Interceptor
It has been tested with X-Com Interceptor version 1.0 UK
I can not guarantee that it works with the other versions out there.

usage: "Xinmon header.???" where ??? is the number on
your savegame I.E. "Xinmon header.001";

known bugs:
Do not enter values over 2147483647 or under -2147483647
