How To use Trainer file:
       Just unzip to any dir,load the trainer then run Rising lands WIN95
       while playing the game Press CTRL T,this brings up the trainer - use cursor
       keys to go to selection then press ENTER,highlight FREEZE then press ENTER
       again - this option has now been activated - Press TAB to goto ABOUT & EXIT
       and press ENTER on EXIT if you wish to exit or ABOUT if you want to read
       the small discription etc - that's it
