Here are a bunch of saved games for FF7, covering most of the high/low-points of the game. 
The final savegames in Slot 6 should be of greatest interest.
The save in the Junon Area is the fight with the Emerald Weapon.
The save in the Gold Saucer Area is the fight with the Ruby Weapon.
And the last save at the Bottom of the Crater is the final showdown with Sephiroth.
