How do I open the Planet Door?

Hint 1 of 9:

Ignore the symbols and concentrate on light and dark sides.

Hint 2 of 9:

The planets do not need to be aligned in a single line.

Hint 3 of 9:

Align all the planets with the light side up.

Hint 4 of 9:

The dividing line between light and dark on each planet disk needs to be
absolutely horizontal.

Hint 5 of 9:

Moving of every planet affects other planets.  It is easier to align the
outer and the third planets first.

Hint 6 of 9:

Press the sun button in the center when you have it right.

Hint 7 of 9:

My planets ended up in approximately the following positions on a clock dial.
 They may be different in your game.

Hint 8 of 9:

Number the 7 orbit circles 1 through 7 from outside to inside.  The planets 1
and 4 sat at Midnight (12 o'clock) on their respective orbits.

Hint 9 of 9:

Planets 2 and 7 were at 2 o'clock.
