Where is the exit from Volcania?

You're going to have to use the volcano to propel you out.

If it's under enough pressure, it will erupt.

Those vents are the only way the volcano's pressure stays down.

So cover them with the heavy rocks.

There are a total of four vents.  Once you've covered them all, you should
head for a place that looks fairly unstable.
