The Hand is about to kill me!

To be perfectly honest, I didn't quite catch the logic behind this puzzle.
What you obviously need to do is avoid the Hand, but you do so by entering a
command *before* the Hand does anything.  If you wait for it to move, you
will die.

The first thing you should do is just click around the screen and see what
sort of reactions you get from the interface.

Start out by dodging the Hand -- click towards the left side of the screen.

Keep on doing that until you think you see a window of opportunity.  You
will first probably have to die to see that window, though.
