Otto is a very serious guard. He doesn't like to be teased.
Certainly not by someone as odd looking as Winkle. But you'll need to make sure that he's standing somewhere where Otto can't hurt him.
Use the stool on Otto to tease him (W).
Look at Otto's lance. He takes a break in the middle of his swing.
Maybe Fingus could take advantage of that pause.
