Cheats Enabled (DULLARD)-
On the Game Start/Options screen, tap these buttons in
order: DOWN, UP, LEFT, LEFT, A, RIGHT, DOWN. Select the
new option, Cheat Enabled. In this screen, you can 
change the play of the game. Here are the meanings to 
the "flags":
P1WIN: One hit kills the second player
P2WIN: One hit kills the first player
MOON: On the Pit stage, it puts sillouettes in front 
	of the moon
DADS: Gives players different names (look at life gauge)
GREEN: Reptile gives a clue before each match
LIVES: Gives you unlimited credits
TURBO: Makes the game play much faster

Secret Moves-
KEY: D=DOWN, U=UP, B=BACK, F=FORWARD, LP=LOW PUNCH, 
HP=HIGH PUNCH, LK=LOWKICK, HK=HIGH KICK, TE=TOWARDS ENEMY,
360=ROTATE JOYSTICK 360 DEGREES, DF=CORNER OF DOWN/FORWARD,
DB=CORNER OF DOWN/BACK
Here are the special fighting moves for each player:
SUB ZERO:
Deep-freeze: D,DF,F,+LP/ Slide finger from down
to forward while holding low punch.
Slide: B, + LP & LK/ Hold back, then tap low punch and
low kick.
Finishing Move:  F,D,F,+HP
