of exclusive property of Simone Curzi and is protected by 
copyright law. 
While Simone Curzi continues to own the Software, you will have 
certain rights to use the software after the acceptance of this
license. 

Note that the copy that you have received is not definitive, that
presents errors and imperfections and that can be used only for a
limited time (it will work only until the end of September 1996):
IF YOU USE RPN CALCULATOR, YOU DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of the 
Software are as follows:

You may
-------
i)  install as many copies of the Software as you want, 
	in whatever computer you want.
ii)  use freely the Software, until the end of September 1996.
iii)  make copies of the Software for archival purposes.
iv)  use the software on a network and share it freely with every
	computer connected, until the end of September 1996.
v)  give a copy of the Software to anyone you want.

You may not
-----------
i)  reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, 
	make any attempt to discover the source code of the 
	Software, or create derivative works from the Software.
ii)  change in whatever way the behavior of the Software.
iii)  distribute this Software if you request a fee that exceed 
	the cost of the support plus shipping and handling.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SUPPLIED "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  
NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

The Software is supplied in a non definitive version (Beta 
release), so the user must expect errors, imperfections and also
serious problems.

IN NO EVENT WILL SIMONE CURZI BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, 
CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST 
PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE 
THE SOFTWARE EVEN IF SIMONE CURZI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE 
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Software is provided freely, so THE USER CAN NOT REQUEST 
REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT OR TO BE REIMBURSED OF PURCHASE PRICE 
(since he hasn't paid for the Software) OR TO BE REFUNDED FOR
