Read the readme.txt for information on what version (16/32-bit)
of Project Analyzer this package includes. Note that you will have to
install the correct VB 4.0 DLLs (this is OK if you have the corresponding
VB installed). Read the readme.txt!

There is also an older, strictly VB 3.0 version (v2.1) available, in case
there are some bugs in the newer beta version. The old version can be
downloaded from http://www.helsinki.fi/~salste/project/project.html
