MEANER.RTL:

This is my first attempt at creating an .RTL for Rise of the
Triad, and it has been fun!

MEANER is a 7-level course, and hopefully lives up to its
name.  The first level is pretty basic, but things get better
(and tougher) with each succeeding level.

You may use this file as you wish as long as you give me
credit where credit is due.  You may distribute MEANER
freely, as long as you include this .TXT file intact with it.

Requires: Registered version of Rise of the Triad.
