APRtrak version 0.5:

Released 16 Nov 95, this version fixes two bugs and adds more features:
* Fixes UTC time zone bug in 0.4 that was STUCK on -4
* Fixes load bugs with trying to update a KEPS file from a TLE file.
* Adds the ability to monitor packets with MCOM ON.  This permits
  you to monitor all the packets coming from MIR which are mostly
  DISCONNECT BUSY packets.  TOggle MCOM ON/OFF using the CONTROLS-MCOM
  command.  While MCOM is ON, ALL packets including DUPES are saved in 
  the ALL-BEACONS list and are saved to the LOGS directory.

Operationally, then use MCOM ON while monitoring SAREX or MIR where 
stations are still trying to connect to the spacecraft.  You can see
who all is on the air, by reviewing the ALL-LIST.  Still, only UI
packets are saved on the L and P-LISTS...

This was the initial release just in time for the AMSAT/NA conference
in Orlando Florida in October 1995.
