OSP authorizes distribution only in accordance with the following 
restrictions:

- This software packages, including all program, data and documentation
  files CANNOT be modified in anyway, this includes distributing files
  separately, and distributing this package as part of a group of software,
  unless all softwares in the group are OSP programs.

- Small installation batch files can be included to make the installation
  of the software more user-friendly.  This batch file may include a  
  small publicity about the vendor.

- No price or other compensation may be charged for this software 
  product. A distribution fee of no more than US $5.00 (CAN $6.00)
  may be charged to cover handling costs.
  
- The name of OSP must appear in every add, or promotions that includes the 
  name of one of OSP's product. In case of Hidden Fields, you must also 
  include the producers name "Lomax Software". The only exception of this is
  if space only allows one company name, then you must include "OSP Enr.".

- All OSP products are "SHAREWARE", or "Try-Before-You-Buy" software.  You 
  may not use the term "Free Software", "Almost Free Software", "Public 
  Domain Software" or any other terms that would mean the game is free.  
  OSP's products are not public domain.

- All rights not expressly granted here in are reserved to
  OSP Enr.
