The demo version of MUI is available for free download here. It is fully
functional and sufficient to run any MUI application. However, MUI's
advanced configuration options for user interface design are not
available unless you are
personally registered.
MUI is distributed in two archives, one for users and one for developers.
The user archive contains all libraries, classes, preferences programs
and everything else required to run MUI applications.
The developer archive contains detailed programmer documentation, per
class autodoc files, interfaces for C, Modula, Oberon, Amiga-E and
Assembler languages and the complete documented source code for all the
demo programs from the user archive. Please note again that it is not
necessary to purchase anything before starting to write programs with
MUI, just download the developer material and start right away.
Download the MUI demo from one of the different Aminet mirrors round
the world. Choosing a mirror near to your location will increase the
download speed.
If you encounter any errors while choosing a server in your vicinity, just
select the USA [MO], Australia or Germany server. They should always work.
Note for registered users: If you're already personally registered for a MUI 3.x
version, there's no need to order again. Simply download and install
the latest demo version from this page, your keyfile will automatically turn it
into a fully functional, registered MUI.
