   AL = subfunction
       00h get hardware configuration array
       ES:DI -> buffer to be filled with array (see below)
       01h get unallocated raw page count

       Return: BX = unallocated raw pages
           DX = total raw pages

Return: AH = status (see also AH=58h"EMS 4.0")
       A4h access denied by operating system

Note:  subfunction 00h is for use by operating systems only, and can be
     enabled or disabled at any time by the operating system

 02h   WORD    number of alternate register sets
 04h   WORD    size of mapping-context save area in bytes
