   BX = palette or DAC register number
   CX = red color component
   DX = green component
   SI = blue component

Notes: For FGDRIVER v1.10, this function was "FG_WAITFOR" (see AX=00ACh);
     "FG_SETRGB" was AX=001Bh
   The register number may be negative for Tandy, PCjr, and 200-line
     EGA graphics modes to specify an intense color
   This call has no effect in text, CGA graphics, and Hercules graphics
     modes
