   AX = 0022h
   ES:BX -> video mode-specific bitmap
   CX = width of bitmap in bytes
   DX = height of bitmap in pixel rows

Notes: For FGDRIVER v1.10, this function was "FG_GETYPOS" (see AX=0047h);
     "FG_DRWIMAGE" was AX=0049h
   The image will be drawn with its lower left corner at the current
     cursor position (either text or graphics)
