   AX = 001Ch
   ES:BX -> bitmap (each set bit is pixel drawn in current color)
   CX = width of bitmap in bytes
   DX = height of bitmap in pixel rows

Note:  For FGDRIVER v1.10, this function was "FG_GETRGB" (see AX=0042h);
     "FG_DRAWMAP" was AX=0047h
