   BX = endpoint column offset
   CX = endpoint row offset
   DX = dash pattern (set bits cause drawn pixels)

Notes: For FGDRIVER v1.10, this function was "FG_GETCOLOR" (see AX=0034h);
     "FG_DASHREL" was AX=0028h
   This call is ignored in text modes
   The starting point is the current graphics cursor position; the cursor
     position is updated
