What Do You Do When Your Penis Is Caught In Your Zipper?

QUESTION:  I am just a bit too embarrassed to ask this question of anyone even
my own doctor.  Unfortunately, it has happened to me more than once, and I
know it has others with the same painful experience.  Can you tell me what to
do when my penis gets caught in the zipper?  Please don't ignore this
question, your answer may be useful to hundreds of men.

ANSWER:  Here is a case where prevention is truly the best medicine.  However,
it does happen, and I do believe the answer may be of interest to many.  The
first bit of advice is to consider this an emergency.  While not fatal, it is
probably best attended to by someone who can take all the precautions
necessary.  It likely won't require any major surgery, but a bit of anesthetic
cream, perhaps a sedative can make the rest of the procedure much easier to
endure.  Once your member is numb, the zipper is eased down, a millimeter or
two at a time, until all the sensitive skin is free.  The wound may require
dressing, or another application of anesthetic ointment.  Cold applications to
the area for the first 12 hours following the accident will prevent swelling
and help relieve the discomfort.
