ADDING
A CONTACT QwikSchedule allows you to
keep track of all of your contacts in an easy to use interface. Viewing your contacts is
as simple as clicking on the contact book icon located on the QwikSchedule Desktop
Toolbar. This brings up the CONTACT BOOK window. There are several ways
to add a new contact. The steps below describe one common way of doing so.
To add a New Contact, follow the following steps
- Click Open Contact Book from the
QwikSchedule desktop toolbar

... the CONTACT BOOK window will appear.

- Click the NEW button (located at
the top of the window)
... a NEW CONTACT window will appear.

- Enter in the information for your contact.
Note the 3 tabs along the top (General, Internet and
Notes)
Under the Notes tab
there is a combo box at the bottom showing the contact book this contact will be
listed it. You can use the default book (the book name listed in the text field of the
combo box), or you can select another book by either selecting one from the combo box, or
typing in a new book.
Once you add a contact to a newly created book
the book will become available for all other contacts to be listed in.
- Click the SAVE button (located at
the top of the window)
If you have done everything correctly
your contact will be listed in the CONTACT BOOK window under the ALL
tab of the contact book you placed him/her in, as well as under the lettered tab that
matches the first letter of the last name of your contact (again, in the same contact book
you placed them in)
