    ...the search window will appear

    search.gif (30159 bytes)

  • type in the text you want to look for. This text could be a name, a phrase, a shared common element that you may place in all items for a certain project.
  • Choose which area to search by selecting an area from the “Look in” combo box. It should be showing “All Items”, which means that your search will look in Contacts, Schedule items, ToDo Items, Daily Notes, and QwikNotes. You can narrow your search to just one of these areas by selecting it from the "Look in" combo box (eg. to search just Scheduled Items, select Scheduled Items from the "Look in" combo box)

  • Click the “Find Now” button, and all items that contain your text will be displayed

  • In the bottom status bar, QwikSchedule will tell you how many items it searched, and how many matches it found

  • The list is sorted by Item description, but you can sort by Item Type simply by clicking the “Item Type” button along the top of the list
  • Click on any item in the list to view it in more detail.
