OSStart - MS-DOS Application Loader User's Manual Version 1.0 |
IMPORTANT: Read carefully the License Agreement first!.
OSStart is a program designed to limit and control MS-DOS application loading within a 32 bits Windows environment (Win 95, 98 and NT 4.0). Although OSStart is primarily build to serve as a loading control tool for MS-DOS applications running in a Windows patform, you may also use it to control loading of Windows specific program, thus preventing multiple instances of critical or ill behaved Windows applications.
So OSStart will monitor two applications, one will not start while the second one is running and only one instance will be loaded.
