Microsoft Access allows you to sort your database by any field in either
ascending
or
descending
order. Why is this important? You may need to sort by a particular field to determine
an answer to a question, or to find a trend in your data. So let's begin.
Open Table
Click Sort Records Ascending by One Field
Click Candy under the Dept Field
