TPG Wild Pack Conditions Apply. By accessing the TPG Internet service, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these package conditions:

  1. The package provides 3 months of free internet service. The monthly time period is calculated from the date of the first access connection.

  2. Prior to accessing the internet service, subscribers will be required to pay TPG a recurring administration fee of $30, by Credit Card. Registration will not be processed without prior payment of the $30 administration fee. If an account is cancelled for any reason, neither the administration fee nor any unused time will be refunded.

  3. Once the Internet access period has expired subscribers will be automatically renewed for a further 3-month period debiting the given credit card. TPG may not necessarily contact the subscriber to advise renewal.

  4. The package is available in Sydney, Penrith, Kiama, Wollongong, Lake Macquarie, Most Newcastle Areas, Gosford, Melbourne, Brisbane, Southport, Gold Coast, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Launceston and Darwin.

  5. A download limit of 100Mb per month is applicable. If the 100Mb limit per month is exceeded, TPG will issue a warning via e-mail advising the TPG subscriber. Over utilisation will be charged at 20 cents per Mb and will be debited monthly directly from the subscribers credit card. Failure to pay the additional charges may result in TPG terminating the subscription, with no refund of administration fees.

  6. TPG may disconnect a session if an extended period of idle time is detected or if a session exceeds 3 hours. Automated methods to avoid disconnection are not permitted.

  7. Each TPG subscriber may login for internet access as often as they wish whilst their subscription is current. Using the same username to login from more than one computer at the same time is not permitted and will lead to immediate disconnection and termination of the user's subscription without further warning. Any unused time as at the date of cancellation will not be reimbursed.

  8. Any telephone charges are the subscriber's responsibility.

  9. TPG will not reimburse subscribers for any technical support or telephone charges incurred while establishing connectivity with TPG. To ensure the TPG access number is a local call check with Telstra on 12552.

  10. The package may not be combined with any other TPG package or offer.

  11. The package may be changed or withdrawn at any time, which will take effect from the end of your then current subscription.

  12. TPG subscribers must connect via a dial-up modem to specified local TPG access numbers.

  13. TPG subscribers will not be able to connect via Points of Presence (PoP's) other than those specified for the TPG Wild Pack.

  14. During peak periods modems may not always be available.

  15. This plan is not available for users of Permanent IP addresses.

  16. Access may be delivered via TPG Proxy Servers.

  17. Running servers or providing any public information services from a computer connected via this package is prohibited.

  18. Subscribers should note that these Package Conditions may be revised at any time by way of update on the TPG web site. Subscribers are bound by any revisions as at the date they are displayed and should regularly examine the current Package Conditions displayed on the TPG web site.

  19. TPG Subscribers are also bound by the Standard Terms and Conditions found on the TPG web site. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between these Package Conditions and the TPG Standard Terms and Conditions found on the TPG web site (www.tpg.com.au), these package conditions will prevail.


TPG WILD PACK SUBSCRIBERS ARE BOUND BY THESE PACKAGE CONDITIONS & THE STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
