Text Color

Where is this Option? PAGE => COLOR
Any time you wish to change the default color of your text, you can bring up the Splash! Color Adjustment window. Here you can utilize the slider bars to adjust each of the three color elements: Red, Green, and Blue.

TEXT COLOR

This controls the default color for text on your web page. The default text color will be evident when you have not specified any other color via the text formatting box.

LINK COLOR

This sets the color of all the links on the current page.

VISITED COLOR

This sets the color a link will be after the page it "points" to has already been visited. It allows people to see where they've been before.

ACTIVE LINK COLOR

Sets the color the link text is while it is being clicked on (while it is 'active').

APPLY TO ENTIRE PROJECT

This option will apply the chosen colors to all pages within the project. If you add a new page it will be formatted with the default settings.

RESTORE DEFAULT COLORS

This option will restore text colors to a set of default colors. This set of colors can be defined using the Make These Settings Default option. This allows you to experiment without losing any previously selected color scheme.

MAKE THESE SETTINGS DEFAULT

This will take the chosen color scheme and store the settings as a default. All new pages will be formatted with these settings. You can easily restore these settings by using the Restore Default Colors option.

RESTORE FACTORY DEFAULT

This option is different from the Restore Default Colors in that it can't be changed. It will restore the colors to the initial default state. This color scheme is widely accepted as the standard in the internet community and so is always available.
